Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Alternatively, you may complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically via our website: www.matchmemo.org. If you choose this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal request via email or other durable medium.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notification.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. In no case will you incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium if:

1. Performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires at your express request, and
2. You have expressly acknowledged and agreed that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of the contract has begun, and
3. We have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, including:
   • A clear statement that the performance of the contract begins before the expiration of the withdrawal period and that you waive your right of withdrawal, and
   • A copy of the contract’s content or the main terms.

This right of withdrawal applies to customers within the European Union (EU). For customers outside the EU, please refer to our separate terms.

Reimbursement for Digital Content:
If the withdrawal occurs after the digital content has been made available to you and you have acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right, no reimbursement will be provided.
