While many of our users have worked successfully with printed cards before, using label sheets adds an extra layer of efficiency. No more formatting your own templates or manually attaching printed cards—just print, peel, and apply. It’s faster, cleaner, and ready-to-go. MatchMemo® Player Cards are perfectly formatted for standard Avery® label templates (99 mm x 38 mm)—rectangular labels that can be printed at home and stuck directly onto your prep material or match folder.

Simply:

• Load the Avery sheet into your home or office printer (inkjet or laser—both work)
• Print the cards
• Peel and apply – that’s it.

How It Works (and What to Watch For)

Every printer interprets file margins slightly differently. Even tiny variations can impact the alignment on the label sheet. But don’t worry—our new method makes it easy to adjust:

1. Print the Word file directly and see if alignment is already correct
2. If not:
   • Export the file as a PDF
   • Open in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)
   • Go to Print > Page Size and Handling > Custom Scale
   • Start testing with 100% scale and adjust in 1% steps up or down until the card height (38 mm) matches your label sheet precisely
   • The height of each card (38 mm) is the most critical measure
3. If the cards are too high or low, adjust the top margin in Word before exporting again
